Our founder spent nearly twenty years in freight before starting this. You'd be learning classification, valuation and carrier negotiation from someone who's been through it, not from a manual.
Using tools we built ourselves
We run on our own platform rather than spreadsheets and WhatsApp. If you have ideas about how it should work, the person who can change it sits in the same room.

Ludhiana, full time, in the office — this is a trade you learn beside people, not over a screen.
Logistics Coordinator
You'd run shipments from booking to delivery — getting space with carriers, keeping the documents straight, updating customers before they ask, and spotting the problem two days before it becomes one.
- Comfortable on the phone and in email with customers, carriers and transporters.
- Organised enough to hold twenty live files without dropping one.
- Freight experience helps, but we'll teach the right person from scratch.
Customs Clearance Agent
Filing bills of entry and shipping bills through ICEGATE, getting classification and valuation right the first time, and standing in front of queries during assessment and examination.
- Working knowledge of HS classification, duty structure and Indian customs procedure.
- Careful with detail — in this role a small mistake costs a customer real money.
- Existing customs experience strongly preferred for this one.
