These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we carry or clear your cargo — that is a separate agreement, described in section 5.

By browsing this site or sending us an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You agree not to misuse it: no attempting to break into it, no automated scraping that interferes with it, no submitting false enquiries, and nothing unlawful.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Vibrant Shipping Services Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India (CIN U63000PB2019PTC049267, GSTIN 03AAFCV5876R1ZH), with its office at 17 Garden City, Near The Eastern Park, Bholapur, Mangli Nichhi, Ludhiana, Punjab 141123.
“We”, “us” and “our” mean that company throughout these terms.
Quotes and estimates
General rates, transit times and cost illustrations on the public website are indicative, not a binding offer. A form submission or enquiry reference confirms a request, not acceptance of freight, a price or a booking. Any written quotation is governed by its stated scope, validity, exclusions and acceptance terms.
A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing. Until then, rates and space are subject to change and to availability with the carrier.
Freight rates, fuel and currency surcharges, port charges and statutory duties move as market and regulatory conditions change. Use the validity stated in your written quotation; ask for reconfirmation if it has expired or shipment details have changed.
Duties and taxes we estimate are exactly that. The amount finally assessed is determined by Customs on the classification and value they accept, not by us.
Information you give us
When you ask us to quote or to move a shipment, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us: descriptions, weights, dimensions, values, HS codes, and the nature of the goods.
This matters more than it might sound. A wrong weight or an incorrect classification can lead to re-work charges, penalties, delays or seizure. Responsibility for those costs depends on the agreed service terms, the circumstances and applicable law.
You also confirm that the goods are legal to export and import, that they are not prohibited or restricted without the necessary licence, and that any dangerous goods have been declared to us as such.
Services and contracts
Nothing on this website is a contract to carry, store or clear goods. Our actual services are provided under separate arrangements agreed with you, which may include our booking confirmations, quotations, invoices, and any signed agreement between us.
Where those documents and this website disagree, those documents govern.
A consultation form requests your preferred appointment; the appointment is confirmed only when our team agrees the date and time with you. A careers application does not promise an interview, employment or selection.
We act as a freight forwarder and customs broker. Where we arrange carriage performed by a shipping line, airline, transporter or warehouse, that carriage is also subject to that provider's own terms and to the international conventions and Indian statutes that apply to it.
Tracking and transit information
Illustrative shipment panels labelled as demos use sample information, not a live customer shipment. Keep private enquiry-status links confidential: anyone with the complete link may be able to view the enquiry details.
Tracking milestones shown on this site or on our client platform come from carriers, terminals and customs systems. We pass on what they publish. Their data can be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong, and we cannot guarantee it.
Estimated dates of departure and arrival are estimates. Vessel schedules, port congestion, weather and customs examination all shift them. Please do not commit to a downstream deadline on the strength of an ETA alone without talking to us.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, logos and software on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may read it, print it and share links to it for your own business use. You may not republish it as your own, sell it, or use our name or logo to suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist.
Guides and reference tools
We publish reference material — the container dimensions guide, the Incoterms explainer, and similar — because we think it is genuinely useful. It is general information, not advice for your particular shipment.
Container specifications vary between manufacturers, carriers and individual units. Incoterms are a summary of the ICC rules, not a substitute for them. Always confirm the specifics against your carrier's own figures and your own contract before you rely on them. If a decision turns on it, ask us and we will check it properly.
Volume, payload and equipment tools provide a preliminary planning comparison, not a packing, lashing, dangerous-goods, temperature-control or legal load approval. Route and regulatory articles describe the position at their stated review date; verify current requirements with the relevant authority before acting.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a carrier, an authority or another third party, we do it for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Availability of the site
We try to keep the site and our client platform available, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of them without notice, including for maintenance.
Our liability for this website
This section is about the website itself. Our liability in respect of cargo we handle is governed by the arrangements referred to in section 5 and by the law applicable to that carriage, not by this page.
We provide this website and its content as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of the site or from reliance on general information published on it.
Nothing here excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ludhiana, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the effective date shown at the top, is the one that applies.
