These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we carry or clear your cargo — that is a separate agreement, described in section 5.
By browsing this site or sending us an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You agree not to misuse it: no attempting to break into it, no automated scraping that interferes with it, no submitting false enquiries, and nothing unlawful.

“We”, “us” and “our” mean that company throughout these terms.
Anything you receive through this website — a rate, a transit time, a cost breakdown — is an indication based on the details you gave us and on conditions at the time we prepared it. It is not a binding offer.
A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing. Until then, rates and space are subject to change and to availability with the carrier.
Freight rates, fuel and currency surcharges, port charges and statutory duties move constantly and are largely outside our control. A quote that is a few weeks old should be treated as out of date. Ask us to refresh it.
Duties and taxes we estimate are exactly that. The amount finally assessed is determined by Customs on the classification and value they accept, not by us.
When you ask us to quote or to move a shipment, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us: descriptions, weights, dimensions, values, HS codes, and the nature of the goods.
This matters more than it might sound. A wrong weight or an incorrect classification can lead to re-work charges, penalties, delays or seizure, and the cost of that falls on the party who supplied the information.
You also confirm that the goods are legal to export and import, that they are not prohibited or restricted without the necessary licence, and that any dangerous goods have been declared to us as such.
Nothing on this website is a contract to carry, store or clear goods. Our actual services are provided under separate arrangements agreed with you, which may include our booking confirmations, quotations, invoices, and any signed agreement between us.
Where those documents and this website disagree, those documents govern.
We act as a freight forwarder and customs broker. Where we arrange carriage performed by a shipping line, airline, transporter or warehouse, that carriage is also subject to that provider's own terms and to the international conventions and Indian statutes that apply to it.
Tracking milestones shown on this site or on our client platform come from carriers, terminals and customs systems. We pass on what they publish. Their data can be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong, and we cannot guarantee it.
Estimated dates of departure and arrival are estimates. Vessel schedules, port congestion, weather and customs examination all shift them. Please do not commit to a downstream deadline on the strength of an ETA alone without talking to us.
The text, design, graphics, logos and software on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may read it, print it and share links to it for your own business use. You may not republish it as your own, sell it, or use our name or logo to suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist.
We publish reference material — the container dimensions guide, the Incoterms explainer, and similar — because we think it is genuinely useful. It is general information, not advice for your particular shipment.
Container specifications vary between manufacturers, carriers and individual units. Incoterms are a summary of the ICC rules, not a substitute for them. Always confirm the specifics against your carrier's own figures and your own contract before you rely on them. If a decision turns on it, ask us and we will check it properly.
Where we link to a carrier, an authority or another third party, we do it for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
We try to keep the site and our client platform available, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of them without notice, including for maintenance.
This section is about the website itself. Our liability in respect of cargo we handle is governed by the arrangements referred to in section 5 and by the law applicable to that carriage, not by this page.
We provide this website and its content as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of the site or from reliance on general information published on it.
Nothing here excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ludhiana, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the effective date shown at the top, is the one that applies.
