Vibrant Shipping Services Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in Ludhiana in 2019. It came after nearly twenty years our founder spent inside the industry — long enough to know exactly which parts of it were letting shippers down.
How we got here

Before 2019
Twenty years on the inside
Our founder, Vijay Kumar Dubey, spent close to two decades in freight — working his way up to Import Director. Two decades of bills of lading, customs queries, rolled sailings and 6am calls about a truck that didn't arrive. That's where the knowledge came from, and it isn't the kind you can hire.
2019
Vibrant Shipping opens in Ludhiana
The gap he kept running into was simple: plenty of firms could quote a rate, far fewer would actually own the problem when something went sideways. So he built the company the other way round — one where the person you call is the person handling your file.
2020 – today
Growing, and building our own tools
We took on more lanes, joined the WCA World network for reliable partners at the far end, and got tired of shippers having to phone us for a status. So we built VSS Nexus — the system we run operations on, which our customers log into directly to see where their cargo is.

The quote is the price
We break the costs out line by line and flag the charges that typically land later. Nobody enjoys an invoice with surprises on it, least of all us explaining them.
One person, not a queue
You get a specific specialist who knows your cargo, your buyers and your deadlines. No ticket numbers, no re-explaining your business every time.
You can see what we see
Your shipments sit on VSS Nexus and you have a login. Same milestones, same documents, same dates our own team works from.
Where we sit
Ludhiana — and that matters.
Punjab's exporters and importers are a long way from a port. Hosiery, bicycle parts, machine tools, auto components — most of it starts its journey on a trailer heading south, and that inland leg is where schedules quietly fall apart.
Being based here means we plan around that instead of discovering it late. We know the ICDs, the transporters worth using, and how long a rake really takes when the corridor is busy.
